Unsupported file extensions


".exe", ".msi", ".bat", ".sh", ".js", ".vbs", ".ws", ".wsf", ".vb", ".sc", ".scr", ".pif", ".cmd", ".ps1", ".resx", ".ps1xml", ".ps2", ".ps2xml", ".psc1", ".psc2", ".bin", ".com", ".cpl", ".gadget", ".inf1", ".ins", ".inx", ".isu", ".job", ".jse", ".lnk", ".msc", ".msi", ".msp", ".mst", ".paf", ".reg", ".sct", ".shb", ".shs", ".u3p", ".vbe", ".vbscript", ".wsh"

Paths and folder name restrictions imposed by your local file system


A path of more than 256 characters ·
A file name of 100 or more characters ·
Folder that has no name

 

Unsupported characters in files or folder names

Files that are empty will not be imported into iFirm

CaseWare Files


iFirm only supports uploading of compressed CaseWare files. Files must be compressed using the CaseWare Tracker utility to bulk compress before upload to iFirm Any uncompressed CaseWare files will be skipped during the upload process.
